REQUIREMENT :
A Chartered Accountant with good exposure to Statutory Audit and Accounting Standards with reasonably good understanding of the Business Finance and Commercial acumen. Persons with the experience of five years preferred. Freshers may be considered depending on the knowledge levels and exposure.
The position will be based in Kochi but requires Travel as required by the Job.
JOB CONTENT :
- Internal Audit of Indian Operations – include visits to the location in Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Nedspice Dehydration India LLP.
- Strengthening the Internal Controls in an ERP Environment
- Identify areas for Cost Savings /Cost Control and implement it.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets / Budgetary Controls -Both Revenue & Capital
- Develop Management Accounting
- Monitor CSR Expenditure as required under the Act.
- Coordinate the conduct of the MTM.
- Attending /Coordinating the Board Meetings for NSPI and Partners Meeting for NSDL
- Preparation of the Minutes of the Meetings
- Filings of the Returns with ROC / RBI
- Advise Management on Profit Improvement Initiatives.
- Support on Project Financing.
INERATCTION:
The Position require interaction with all the departments. Functional/ Administartive Reporting to Managing Director / Head of Finance/ Executive Director as demanded by the respective functions to be handled. Being a Senior Position required to show maturity in handling situations and interacting at all levels in the Organisation.
