Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & System Management: Implement approved process improvements, ensure system efficiency, and develop new systems.
Production Oversight: Forecast production slots, create orders, manage schedules, and monitor the production environment to maintain quality.
Team Management: Motivate and manage the team, set clear expectations, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare necessary reports, communicate with management on discrepancies, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment, conduct self-audits, and comply with health and safety regulations.
