- Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule and instruction from Maintenance – in- charge.
- Regular lubrication and up keep of the machinery and the facility
- Checking for any process related problems that occur during the production process (eg. Spills, leaks etc.) and rectify these problems.
- Taking the approval of the plant manager for any shutdowns required in the plant to rectify any major problems and complete the same.
- In charge of the boiler and the other utilities like DG set, air compressor operation and maintenance.
- Assist the production team for any technical assistance that may be required.
