Role                            : Assistant Manager - QA/QC

Experience                 : 5+ years

Education                   : Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry/Food technology Degree level in Food Science/ Chemistry/ Biochemical Technology, General Business Qualification

Location                     : Mahuva, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product quality, food safety, and new product development across internal and contract manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance systems covering the full supply chain, from suppliers to customers.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (FSSAI, EU, USA) for products, raw materials, and packaging specifications.
• Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Manage laboratory operations such as Physical Chemical, Microbiology Lab, Product release and COA issuance, including team scheduling, product testing, calibration, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with external labs and pest control services, ensuring timely analysis and hygiene standards.
• Conduct internal audits, GMP/hygiene inspections, and prepare monthly quality reports for management.
